1. Weld defects:

The welding seam defects are serious, and manual mechanical grinding is used to make up for them. The resulting grinding marks will cause the surface to be uneven and unsightly. 

2. Surface inconsistency:

Only pickling and passivating the welds will also cause the surface to be uneven and unsightly. 

3. Scratches are difficult to remove:

Overall pickling and passivation cannot remove various scratches produced during processing, and cannot clean carbon steel, splashes and other impurities that adhere to the surface of stainless steel due to scratches and welding spatter, resulting in the presence of impurities in corrosive media. 4. Uneven polishing and passivation:

After manual grinding and polishing, pickling and passivation treatment are performed. For workpieces with larger areas, it is difficult to achieve a uniform and consistent treatment effect, and an ideal uniform surface layer cannot be obtained. 5. Limited pickling capacity:

Pickling passivation paste is not foolproof. It is difficult to remove the black oxide scale produced by plasma cutting and flame cutting. 

6. The scratches caused by elements are serious:
