The welding process of stainless steel bright tubes: electric welding preheating, and heat treatment process after welding.
1. Heating:
Before arc welding of stainless steel bright tubes, raise the temperature of the stainless steel bright tubes and slowly weld after controlling the temperature for 30 minutes.
The heating and virtual beam heat treatment of arc arc welding are actively operated by a temperature control cabinet with temperature control. 2. Welding process:
1. In order to avoid welding deformation of stainless steel bright tubes, each column joint is symmetrically welded by two people, with the welding direction from the inside to both sides. The operation procedure of welding the inner expansion inlet (the welding is close to the beam when the inner expansion is opened) is to start from the first layer of precision bright tube and the third layer of precision bright tube to carry out the small size model as much as possible, because its arc welding seriously affects the main reason of welding deformation. . After arc arc welding reaches the third layer, backplaning should be carried out. After carbon arc gouging is used, the welding equipment should be polished as much as possible, and the welding surface should be high-frequency quenched to highlight the metallic luster and avoid cracks caused by carburization of the surface. The outer hole is welded once and the other external threads are welded once.
2. When arc arc welding = double-layer precision bright tube, the welding direction should be opposite to the layer of precision bright tube, and so on. The welding distance between each layer is 15-20mm.
3. The welding current and welding efficiency of several heavy machines should be maintained, as well as the number of overlapping snow accumulation layers.
4. In arc arc welding, try to weld slowly from the arc starting plate and complete the welding on the arc starting plate. After arc welding, disconnect and polish.
